Follow One Mans Rise from Broke College Kid to Global Consciousness Architect
Built As A Book Series. Engineered for Television.

Seasons of Change is an 8‑book saga about Max Cooper - a stuttering, horny, wildly ambitious college kid who decides to build a controversial sex city in South Las Vegas.
Across the series, Max and a cast of complex women, friends, rivals, and enemies move from stadium hookups and Europe hostels to billion‑dollar funding rounds, cartel wars, political office, and an intergalactic showdown.
Each book is a season‑sized arc in Max Cooper’s evolution towards leader of the galaxy.

This isn’t “maybe one day we’ll sell the rights.” Seasons of Change was architected as a show before it was written as a book.
First Season Ready - Book 1 is 130,000 words, broken into 42 short chapters with emotional arcs, scenes, and cliffhangers already mapped.
Series Playbook - We have developed outlines and databases for all 8 books (and spinoff series) so writers' rooms can lock in.
Character Matrix - 50+ primary and secondary characters with 8-book arcs and relationship matrices so there is no guesswork.
Sensory Bibles - The visual and sensory dictionary is visceral to create an emotionally engaging manuscript and production design.

Ring of Fire opens on a graduation night stadium sex scene and an arrest that exposes Max’s hunger for risk, attention, and intensity. A Europe backpacking trip and a near‑death experience gave Max a singular vision: build a sustainable sex city in Las Vegas.
Book 1 follows Max from zero to city builder with the help of a Kickstarter campaign, bank loans, and an $800M institutional deal.
By the end of Book 1, the Ring of Fire is open, Max falls in love, and the antagonist has been publicly exposed.
The seeds have been planted in Book 1 to set the stage for Books 2-8.
42 Chapters / Episodes
130,000+ Words / 450+ Pages
Multi-Season Character / Plot Hooks

This book bridges themes that appeal to all human desires.
Sex
Sex is most honest mirror we have, where the masks come off, expose our wounds, our power, and our capacity to love.
Power
Power is never neutral. Everytime someone reaches for it, something (or someone) has to be redefined.
Money
Money is the fuel and the filter; it reveals who’s building for impact and who’s just cashing in.
Politics
Politics is the moment private beliefs go public, and the cost of integrity shows up on the scoreboard.
Spirituality
Spirituality lives in the tension between flesh and light; it’s what happens when pleasure starts asking bigger questions.
Self Development
elf‑development is the quiet contract underneath every choice: evolve, or get exposed by the life you’re creating.

Books and TV shows that reach the masses all have themes that stimulate the human brain. We have taken in themes from many different shows and books to create a unique energy that has never been published before.
Some of the movies we have taken inspiration from include:
Billions - Money + Power
House of Cards - Politics + Power
Silicon Valley - Money + Power
The Sopranos - Politics + Power
These movies have created narrative arc's that show how power is utilized across the public and private sector. These core themes are embedded into Seasons of Change to reflect the growing interest in thrillers that combine multiple energies.
Some of the books we have taken inspiration from include:
50 Shades of Grey - Sex + Power
The Alchemist - Spirituality + Self Development

Author Jesse Henry lived this story. Well... at least the first 8 chapters. During a backpacking trip to Europe in 2015, Jesse found himself in Amsterdam's Red Light District saying "We need a city like this in America."
After a decade mapping belief systems and building companies, Jesse developed a story showing how money, love, power, sex, spirituality, and self development rule the world.
Jesse approached building this series the same way he builds systems: start with the foundational beliefs, design the architecture, and execute..
This isn't just a story Jesse wants to tell, it's a world that has been structurally engineered to change lives on the bookshelf and the big screen.
